About Me

Before establishing my private practice, I dedicated five years to the Massachusetts Department of Mental Health, where I served as a case manager and crisis intervention specialist. My experience spans various settings, including hospitals, inpatient facilities, and community service programs, where I provided crisis counseling, outreach, and clinical support to individuals, groups, and families. My expertise lies in trauma, depression, and anxiety, and I possess extensive knowledge in the realms of substance abuse, as well as issues related to body image and eating disorders, particularly among young females.
