Therapy & Professional Support Services
Trauma recovery services support individuals processing acute or complex trauma, including relational trauma, childhood adversity, and life-altering experiences. Therapy focuses on building safety, strengthening resilience, and helping clients move toward meaningful healing at a pace that feels manageable and supportive.
Depression
Therapy for depression offers a compassionate, structured space to address persistent sadness, low motivation, emotional numbness, and loss of connection. Treatment emphasizes practical coping strategies, increased self-awareness, and gentle steps toward renewed engagement with life.
Anxiety treatment helps clients better understand patterns of worry, overwhelm, and emotional reactivity. Care may incorporate mindfulness, somatic awareness, and trauma-informed techniques to build emotional regulation, reduce stress responses, and support greater daily stability.
Addiction
Addiction-related counseling provides non-judgmental support for individuals exploring substance use, behavioral addictions, or recovery transitions. Therapy focuses on identifying underlying emotional drivers, strengthening coping skills, and building healthier patterns that support long-term change.
Disordered Eating & Body Image
Support is available for individuals struggling with disordered eating behaviors, body image concerns, or complex relationships with food. Therapy is rooted in compassion and trauma-informed care, helping clients rebuild trust with their bodies while developing healthier, more sustainable coping strategies.

EMDR Therapy
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an evidence-based therapy used to process traumatic memories and reduce distressing emotional responses. EMDR sessions are thoughtfully paced and tailored to each client’s readiness, helping reduce the impact of past experiences on present-day functioning.
Parent-Child Contact Problems
Support is available for families navigating complex parent-child relationships, communication challenges, or post-separation contact difficulties. Care focuses on improving understanding, reducing conflict, and helping families create more stable, child-centered relationships.
High-Conflict Couples
Services for high-conflict couples provide structured support during intense relationship challenges, separation, or ongoing disputes. The focus remains on improving communication, establishing boundaries, and reducing emotional escalation while maintaining respect and clarity.
Parenting coordination offers structured guidance for separated or divorced parents experiencing ongoing conflict related to parenting decisions. The goal is to help families create practical agreements, reduce tension, and prioritize the well-being and stability of children.
Guardian Ad Litem Reports & Consultation
Professional consultation and Guardian Ad Litem-related services are available for families and legal professionals involved in court-related matters. Work is conducted with neutrality, clarity, and attention to trauma-informed and child-focused practices.
